| The Model 1602B Bb Tenor Trombone from Kanstul earned rave reviews at the 2008 International Trombone Association Festival, and now this professional-level instrument, endorsed by studio player Alan Kaplan of Local 47 (Los Angeles), is on the market for trombonists everywhere. It features a .500" bore lightweight hand slide, 7 1/2 inch one-piece lightweight brass bell, and three interchangeable leadpipes. The bell from Kaplan's former instrument was originally designed for the great Tommy Dorsey, and that vintage horn was the inspiration for this model, which offers the superior playing characteristics and response that a working professional requires. |
